摘要：We study the Boltzmann and Landau equations in the presence of external potentials. Our main results establish that: (i) Every entropy-invariant solution is uniquely determined by the conservation laws. (ii) The equilibria are linearly or nonlinearly stable, with polynomial convergence rates that are explicitly characterized by the initial data.
